The first three classes of registration fees cover full congress material, the welcome reception on Monday evening, lunch, morning and afternoon tea and coffee for all regular session days, and refreshments at the poster sessions. Daily registration includes lunch, morning and afternoon tea and coffee for all regular session days, and refreshments at the poster sessions.
Dimension 90 cm wide and 120 cm long.
Should include: Title in size 72 point, followed by the list of authors and affiliations, introduction, methodology, results, discussion, conclusions and acknowledgments (if required) use at least a 20 point size font for acknowledgments.
The date for early bird registration and abstract submission has been extended until 15th November for symposium first authors and plenary speakers who have not yet been able to upload their abstracts. The webpage will remain open to receive abstracts for contributed papers and posters at the early bird rate until 30th November.
All abstracts should be written in English
Registration for the pre- and post-conference trips is separate from the main conference registration.

Please note that because of the limited number of places available in the various excursions, the pre- and post-conference trips are only for participants in the
conference and their families.

80% refund of registration until December 15.
